Returns and Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you can return your item for a refund and place a new order.

To maintain the beauty of your bracelet, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. Store it in the provided jewelry box when not wearing it.
