We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, all through secure, encrypted checkout. You can also spread the cost in instalments with Klarna.

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email hello@caravanofstones.com as soon as possible with your order number and we'll take care of it.

Delivery is complimentary and fully insured on orders over £500 to the UK, the European Union, Switzerland and Monaco. For smaller orders and other destinations, the insured delivery charge is shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch ready-to-wear pieces in stock within three working days, by a tracked and insured service. Bespoke pieces are made to order and take four to six weeks.

Yes, we deliver to selected destinations worldwide. Import duties and local taxes may apply outside the UK; where they aren't collected at checkout, they are paid by the recipient. See International Shipping.

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you its tracking details.

Please email hello@caravanofstones.com straight away, with a photo if you can. We'll put it right and cover any postage.

You have 14 days from delivery to let us know you'd like to return a piece, and a further 14 days to send it back. It must be unworn, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces, sale items and gift cards can't be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected. Read the full Returns Policy.

Email hello@caravanofstones.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send you everything you need. Return postage is paid by you, unless the piece is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please use a tracked and insured service.

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it's in its original condition, we refund you to your original payment method, always within 14 days of receiving it. Your bank may then take 5–10 working days to show it on your statement.

Yes. As long as your piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging, you can exchange it within the same 14 days as a return. Email hello@caravanofstones.com before sending anything back and we'll talk it through with you personally and help you choose. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces can't be exchanged unless faulty.

Yes. Every Caravan of Stones piece is set with natural diamonds, pavé-set by hand by skilled artisans. We never use lab-grown diamonds.

Natural diamonds and gemstones, set in sterling silver (and gold on selected pieces), on a choice of cotton thread, water-resistant technical thread, waxed Linhasita, leather or kumihimo silk, depending on the design. Each product page lists exactly what yours is made from.

We partner with E.D.R. – European Diamond & Gemstone Reports. Not every piece comes with a certificate, so if certification matters to you, email hello@caravanofstones.com before you order and we'll tell you what's available for that piece.

Most of our ready-to-wear bracelets are adjustable; our Size Guide shows how to measure. Bespoke bracelets are made to your exact wrist size. The Diamond Ring slides to fit, so there's no ring size to choose.

Yes. Most designs can be made bespoke, crafted to your exact wrist size in the thread colour of your choice, and made exclusively to your order in four to six weeks. Email hello@caravanofstones.com to begin, or discover the art of bespoke.

Our pieces are designed around seasonal colour analysis. Explore The Art of Colour to discover your colour season and the shades that suit you best.

It depends on the piece. Our Méridien and Mini Lisse bracelets, and the Linhasita on The Diamond Ring, are water-resistant and made for everyday wear. To keep their colour and lustre, remove them before swimming, showering or bathing. Pieces on cotton thread prefer to stay dry, and leather should be kept out of water. Each product page's Materials and care section tells you exactly how to look after yours.

Keep perfume and lotions away from the silver and diamonds, polish the silver gently with a soft cloth, and store your piece in its box when you're not wearing it.

Yes. Re-threading is part of what we do, so your diamonds are yours for life and the thread can always begin again. See The Re-threading Service.

Every piece is covered by our 12-month craftsmanship guarantee. If a clasp, lock, setting or thread develops a fault in normal wear, we'll repair it, or replace the piece where a repair isn't possible.
