The 12-month craftsmanship guarantee

Every Caravan of Stones piece is made by hand — natural pavé diamonds set one at a time by master artisans, finished and threaded by hand. We guarantee that craftsmanship for 12 months from the day your bracelet arrives.

If a clasp, lock, setting or thread develops a fault in normal wear, we will repair it — or replace the piece where a repair isn't possible — promptly and without fuss.

How it works

Simply reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the issue, or write to hello@caravanofstones.com. We'll look at it straight away and send you everything you need to return the piece to us. Most repairs are turned around within days of reaching the atelier.

A note on water

Our Méridien and Mini Lisse are woven on waterproof technical cord — designed for the sea, the pool and everything in between. Pieces on cotton thread prefer to stay dry: like your favourite cotton anything, they'll survive a soaking but age faster for it. Wherever yours has lived, re-threading is part of what we do — your diamonds are yours for life; the thread can always begin again.

The small print, kept small

The guarantee covers faults in materials and craftsmanship in normal wear. It doesn't cover loss, accidental damage or misuse — though if something happens outside the guarantee, write to us anyway: repairs and re-threading are part of what we do, and we'll always try to help.

Every piece is designed to be lived in — worn every day, never saved for best. This guarantee exists so you can do exactly that.
