Returns Policy

We hope you love your Caravan of Stones bracelet, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please contact us at hello@caravanofstones.com to initiate a return.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

Please note that sale items and bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
