The founder’s story

Diamonds to be lived in

I spent many years in banking before moving into luxury travel journalism. On a press trip to Jaipur, I discovered the extraordinary artisans I now work with—and that was where Caravan of Stones began.

I wanted to create serious natural-diamond jewellery that did not disappear into a safe: every piece is made by hand in Jaipur, then finished in richly coloured thread to move easily through real life. The brand remains founder-led, with every colour chosen personally; a much-loved piece can be rethreaded, recoloured and worn for life.

“Luxury should be lived in, not saved for someday.”

The proposed capsule

Ten to twelve pieces. Deliberately rare.

A sun-warmed palette inspired by the island’s art, landscape and Mediterranean light.

Real, natural diamonds—made personal.

Many of the main collection’s names come from places Caron has loved, travelled to and carried with her into the brand. Venice speaks to its theatrical glamour; Alassio to childhood summers on the Italian Riviera. Each piece begins with a genuine memory, then becomes something new through colour.

The colour studio

36 thread colourways

The edit can be bright, sunlit and entirely personal. Selected sliding-lock styles use high-performance polyester; the rest of the woven collection is made with cotton. The Stackers, Row, Méridien, Mini Lisse, ring and a bespoke LOVE necklace can be developed across this spectrum, with the final mix curated for the property. It is a lighter, more personal way to wear serious natural diamonds: for guests drawn to seasonal colour analysis as much as those who simply know the shades that make them feel their best.

Made to live in.Selected sliding-lock styles are woven in high-performance polyester; the remaining woven pieces use cotton. Every design is intended for real, everyday wear.

The Rethreading Service
Refresh the colour. Renew the story.
Caravan of Stones bracelets are designed to be lived in.
Worn every day, layered, travelled with — through seasons, holidays, dinners, beaches and the quiet moments in between. Over time, the thread will naturally soften and develop its own character — the subtle patina of a piece that has been genuinely worn and part of your life.
We believe this is part of the beauty. But when you are ready, your bracelet can begin again.
Start a Rethreading Enquiry
Rather than replacing what you love, we offer a dedicated rethreading service — allowing you to keep your original diamond piece while refreshing the thread. A more considered, sustainable approach to fine jewellery.

FAQ

Can I change the colour?

Yes. You can choose to keep your original colour or select a completely new shade.

Is rethreading a repair?

Not exactly. It is part of our aftercare service — ideal when the thread has softened over time or you would like to refresh the look of your piece.

How much does it cost?

Rethreading starts from £250. More complex work is quoted individually.

How long does it take?

Approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the piece.

How do I begin?

Simply send us a WhatsApp message with a photograph of your bracelet and we will guide you from there.

Every thread tells a story. Every rethreading begins a new one.
