SECTION 3 — CARE QUICK GUIDE (important)

Designed to be lived in not saved for someday 

Caravan of Stones is created for everyday wear — not to be set aside. As the threads move with you, they soften and evolve, over time, they develop a natural patina — a reflection of how each piece is worn and lived in, becoming uniquely yours over time.

Water-resistant styles:

• Mini Lisse + The Row: water-resistant technical thread + sliding closure.
• Fine for everyday wear; avoid harsh chemicals and spraying perfume directly onto diamonds.

Cotton-thread / hero styles:

• Slim Stacker  ( new style) / Stacker / Hero pieces: treat like a cashmere tee — not for shower/bath.
• Keep in pouch when not worn (anti-tarnish pouch for hero packaging).
• Silver can naturally tarnish; storage in pouch keeps it bright.

SECTION 4 — MATERIALS / DIAMONDS (safe wording)

• Natural pavé diamonds set on sterling silver hardware.
• Hand-set stones.
• Carat weight is listed on the product card / product page.

SECTION 5 — PACKAGING (staff checklist)

Packaging condition:

• All packaging must be in pristine condition

• Boxes that are scratched or show any signs of wear must not be used

• Please contact me via WhatsApp (number in notes) when replacement stock is required

Preparation (already done):

• All boxes (small and large) are pre-prepared with:

  – Card

  – Gift pouch (for the bracelet)

  – Anti-tarnish pouch (organic cotton bag)

• Only action required:

  – Place bracelet into the gift pouch

  – Complete the card

Card completion:

• Fill in bracelet details + DATE OF PURCHASE

• Most important: the DATE OF PURCHASE must always be completed

• For stone weight, refer to website or Excel sheet

• Round stone weight to one decimal place

• Use the provided silver pen for consistency

Small / core styles (Mini Lisse, Slim Stacker, The Row):

• Standard box

• Place bracelet into gift pouch

Hero / statement pieces:

• Large presentation box

• Anti-tarnish pouch (organic cotton bag)

Q: Can I change the thread colour?

A: Yes — the system is designed to be re-threaded/refreshed please contact Caravan of Stones through their website.

Q: Can clients request different colours or bespoke designs?

A:— every piece can be made bespoke via the website. Clients can choose their thread colour, adjust the fit, and personalise their bracelet to suit their style or seasonal colour palette.
